On Friday 15 March, JJ Media Group and The Tree are holding a bake sale to raise money for Comic Relief. Come down to Unit 17a on Friday from between 11am and 2pm for guilt-free sweet treats.
Comic Relief supports vulnerable people and communities in the UK and internationally. The charity has invested more than £1 billion since 1985, backing local organisations who can prove that their way of solving people’s problems works.
Founded by Richard Curtis and Lenny Henry in response to the Ethiopian famine, over the last decade the charity has focused on children and young people, protecting them from violence, exploitation and abuse and increasing their access to education and training.
So come along on Friday to help JJ raise more vital funds for Comic Relief. There will be lots of delicious cakes and bakes, and plenty of opportunities to donate to this excellent cause.
