PW tenants are invited to view proposals to add a floor to The Hangar.

Put forward by Robert Danton Rees, proposals will be sent for council planning permission by the end of September.

Robert asks tenants at PW to comment on the proposal, with enough time for designs to be adjusted and finalised.
