This is a message from Matthew Midwinter to everyone at PW:

Many thanks to those of you who have instructed Sanderson Weatherall to appeal your business rates at Perseverance Works. These appeals have been submitted and I hope to negotiate a reduction in the coming months (which can be backdated to 1st April 2005 in some cases).

You will have received your rates bill for 2010/11 by now, and I would very much like to act on behalf of everyone at Perseverance Works to achieve the right outcome for everyone. In these circumstances, it is often best that all the occupiers are ‘signing from the same hymsheet’, and it would therefore be best for everyone if I could act for all occupiers.

At Sanderson Weatherall we only charge a fee if we make you a saving i.e. no win – no fee.

Paul King has agreed a figure of 10% of savings for the occupiers at Perseverance Works -our full terms and conditions are posted on the website.

If you would like Sanderson Weatherall to act on your behalf please email me confirming the instruction, whether you pay a rent or are the owner, and attach a copy of your rates bill.
